A Temple man accused of firing at a game warden during a 2020 police pursuit received a 30-year sentence with a plea agreement. Robert Westly Morris II, 42, pleaded guilty to charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, and assault by threat, a third-degree felony.
