Brandon Roedler’s actions during an early-morning drive Sunday have earned him the label “hero.”
While on Hoover Valley Road about five miles outside of Burnet, Roedler saw a burning vehicle with a man stuck inside and knew he needed to act.
“It wasn’t an act of heroism; I just couldn’t watch somebody burn,” Roedler said.“You do what you know is right. You do it no matter what.”
