Lampasas ISD announce school closures Thursday due to weather.
Lampasas Independent School District will be closed Thursday, officials confirmed Wednesday. Whether the LISD schools will reopen Friday is still in question, according to Superintendent Dr. Chance Rascoe.
"We will decide after lunch Thursday," Rascoe told the Dispatch Record.
Last month, Lampasas ISD board of trustees approve to restart its bad weather alerts for the winter season.
