On July 7 at 2:33 p.m., Lampasas Police Department officers responded to a crash involving a city dump truck and a 16-yearold motorcyclist.
Police Chief Jody Cummings said the department received a call from a city employee who “reported his dump truck had been struck by a motorcycle” at the intersection of East Avenue H and Casbeer Street.
