Concert on the bandstand

Jason Roberts and the rest of the Bob Wills’ Texas Playboys did not disappoint, as their lively tunes resonated from the stage. The brass instruments, steel guitars, piano, mandolin and bass cello blended melodiously while the fiddler’s bow moved with graceful precision, weaving intricate harmonies into the evening air. Amid the warm glow of a setting sun, a diverse array of people dressed in an eclectic mix of cowboy hats, denim jackets, boots and vintage dresses are charmed by the rhythmic melodies of Bob Wills’ Texas Playboys.
