A jury trial has been set for a man accused in a 2005 child rape case, court officials said.
The trial for Kasey Shannon Calvery, 42, of Midland, has been set tentatively for Dec. 13 in 27 th District Court. Calvery was indicted May 12, 2021 on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14 years of age.
