Myra Barlin has no history with the city of Lampasas but on a stroll through its downtown square, she immediately fell in love with the structure at 511 E. Third St. The lifelong Austinite is in the process of renovating the old historic building located on the courthouse square. “I looked up and saw the pressed-tin ceilings and thought to myself, “I want to buy that building,’ ” Barlin said. …
