Lampasas FFA‘s Agricultural Communications team placed seventh in the Texas FFA state contest, which took place at the Texas Tech campus in Lubbock. Team members are Kara Fitzner – who placed as the third-high individual in the state – Hayden Horton, Rylee Banks and Emory Vineyard.

Lampasas County Farm Bureau was recognized May 5 during the annual Lampasas FFA awards banquet held at the county show barn. More than 200 members and guests attended the event, where the Farm Bureau was awarded the highest FFA honor a local chapter program can bestow.
