Joseph and Anh Trousdale attribute the start of their new business venture and their new small town, family-centered lifestyle to COVID-19. The Lampasas couple own PhoLicious LLC, a producer of at-home and on-the-go Vietnamese pho meal kits. They opened a retail storefront at 1264 North U.S. Highway 281 this fall.
