BancorpSouth Bank has announced the signing of a merger agreement with National United Bancshares Inc., the parent company of National United.
National United, which was founded in 1889 in Gatesville, operates six fullservice banking offices in the Killeen-Temple, Waco and Austin-Round Rock-Georgetown metropolitan areas – including a branch in Lampasas.
