Real threats to democracy don’t come from Republicans

A dark cloud looms over the United States -- a storm cloud of tyranny. All the rest is noise -- a diversion. Having been on a witch hunt to burn the president at the impeachment stake since he took office, the Trump haters believe they are vindicated forevermore.

We need new political parties

Designating our two political parties as Republican or Democratic is defunct. We no longer know what a Republican politician or a Democratic politician genuinely believes. We need new political parties with new names.
