Middle school girls defeated in low-scoring home game

On Monday, the Lampasas Middle School girls faced Gateway, which took a 2-0 win in the only home soccer game of the season for LMS.
Playing against the wind in the first half, Lampasas was able to keep the score at 0-0.
“Unfortunately, even though we were on Gateway's side the majority of the second half, they got two breakaways and two goals,” coach Nathaniel Brayton said.
