Lampasas County 27th District Court convened last week with Judge Debbie Garrett presiding over the day’s hearings.
Defendant Brian Marquese Williams of Killeen was given five years’ adjudication probation at his plea hearing on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram. The court also assessed a $1,500 fine, court costs of $310 and attorney fees of $500 that he must pay.
