The Saucy Salsa Contest will make its debut at the 2026 County Fair. A People’s Choice winner will be named in the contest, while winners of the other divisions at the County Fair will be selected by a panel of judges. The County Fair is set for July 8-10 at the First Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall, 401 S. Chestnut St.
The traditional entry divisions include Art, Baked Goods, Canned Goods, Wearables, Crafts, Horticulture, Photography, Digital Media and Theme.
To spice things up this year, the ’36 Club – which hosts the County Fair – is planning a Saucy Salsa Contest.
