HUNTER KING | DISPATCH RECORD The city’s East Second Street Improvement Project has begun, which will encompass a full redesign of the roadway. Second Street from Main to Pecan will be closed during the work, as will several blocks of Main Street, Western Avenue and Live Oak Street.
