Lampasas senior’s Eagle Scout project brings bat boxes to Kempner

Lampasas High School senior Brennen Barber is moving closer to his goal of becoming an Eagle Scout.
On Friday, Barber – with help from his father, Ben Barber, and MacDonald Construction -- installed two 32-foot-high metal poles in Sylvia Tucker Memorial Park. The poles will support four bat boxes for his Eagle Scout project.
