Lampasas County grand jury met Wednesday in a continuation of its July term.
Investigator David Thorp of the Lampasas County Sheriff’s Office presented information that resulted in the following indictments:
Clara Jane Hysell was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substancemethamphetamine on June 3.
John Keith Neimann was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine on June 12.
Stephanie Isabel Liscum was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causes bodily injury on Oct. 11.
John Robert Lockhart was indicted on two charges of indecency with a child-sexual contact, both dated Sept. 5.
The Lampasas Police Department -- represented by Lt. Investigator Charlie Bowell, Sgt. Investigator Nick Roberts and Sgt. Investigator Tim Ryan -- brought information that led to indictments against these individuals:
Janelle Marie Masters was indicted on two charges of burglary of a habitation – one on Sept. 19, and one on Oct. 4.
Nicole Janell Real was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substancemethamphetamine on Sept. 30.
Noel Ishmael Graves-Medina was indicted on a charge of injury to an elderly person on Oct. 13.
Amos Zavala was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causes bodily injury on Oct. 29.
Kimberly Ann Pierce was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substancemethamphetamine on Oct. 6.
Daniel Alexander Chapman was indicted on a charge of endanger a child on Oct. 19.
Kevin Austin Martinez was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault-threat with a deadly weapon on Oct. 22.
