The Classics at the Classic gathering Nov. 7 at Storm's Drive-In had a good turnout, event coordinator Sharon Carrigan said. This 1965 Ford Mustang, shown in the Storm’s parking lot, belongs to Bill Yick. Carrigan said Yick told her he got to tune a piano for the late musician Merle Haggard. Carrigan said when she asked Yick if he got to talk to Haggard, Yick smiled and “said yes but not for long.” For more information about Classics at the Classic events, call Sharon at 512-734- 5180, or look on the Classics at the Classic page on Facebook.
