Previous festival queens offer some personal updates

With Spring Ho set to celebrate “Cheers to 50 Years” when the festival commences on Monday, the Spring Ho Committee contacted previous festival queens to get an update on where life has taken these women. Nearly two-thirds of the former “royalty” responded.
