Patricia Lou (Shea) Lund, 81, of Kempner, died on Feb. 1, 2022 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on Feb. 11 at 11 a.m., with visitation an hour prior. Interment will follow at Kempner Cemetery.
Pat was born on Oct. 29, 1940 in Goffstown, New Hampshire.
She was a wife, mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother. Anyone could come to her and talk, and receive love and understanding without judgment. She loved when family came to visit.
Pat loved life, the outdoors, gardening her flowers and vegetables, fishing, traveling, sunshine, wind in her face and the soil between her fingers. The ocean was also her love, sand between her toes and the beautiful sunset over the ocean. Sewing, quilting, cross-stitching, crocheting and any craft she enjoyed.
It was nothing for her to get up before dawn and head to the lake with her pole and bait and tackle box. Nobody else would get a bite, but she always caught enough crappie to feed the family.
Pat was preceded in death by her sisters Rosie Carpenter and Nancy Simard.
Survivors include her husband, Henry J. Lund; children Wendy Tyler, Kim Ross, David Lemmon, Amy Shea and Mandy Lund; grandchildren Harry Mellon III, Quentin Mellon, Nathanial Mellon, Jason Mellon, Jordan Mellon, AnnaBell Mellon, Elizabeth Mellon, Cassie Peters, Shea Howard, Patrick Mellon, Colt Lemmon, Michael Bellan, Emma Lemmon, Ashton Lemmon and Sam Lund; great-grandchildren Harry Mellon IV, Madison Peters, Brenley Peters, Lilah Peters, Braxton Mellon, Brock Mellon, Emma Bellan, Erlick Jr. Howard, Bryannah Howard, Malcolm Howard, Sam Shea, Avery Shea, Siobhan Shea, Angelina Lund, Brian Lund, Adrian Lund, Madison Lund and Payton Lund; and siblings Perly Wheeler Jr., David Wheeler, Raymond Wheeler, Garry Wheeler, Darlene Wheeler and Donna Floyd.
