Billie C. Davis, 82, of Lampasas died at his home on Sept. 15, 2021.
He was born in Wayne County, North Carolina.
Bill joined the Air Force and retired after 22 years of service.
He enjoyed working in his garden and fishing in Port Aransas. He went to work and helped his longtime friend Timothy Miller.
Bill married Betty Greer, and they were married for 30 years.
He was preceded in death by five brothers, two sisters, one son, one daughter and a granddaughter.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Davis; grandsons Fredrick Delacruz Jr., Julian Delacruz III and Douglas Langford; two granddaughters, Rayah and Hayley; and three stepsons, Julian Delacruz, Fredrick Delacruz (Trish) and Jeffery Greer (Christine).
No service is scheduled. His body will be cremated. Heritage Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
