Lampasas Central Appraisal District Chief Appraiser Juan Saucedo detailed how the district appraises agricultural land in a presentation to the Lampasas County Commissioners Court on March 23.
Also, Saucedo touched on how local taxing entities will be affected by House Bill 9 that raises the exempted amount of personal business property from $2,500 to $125,0000.
