UPDATE: KWSC officials announced the leak was repaired at 10:36 a.m.
The Kempner Water Supply Co. has issued a warning to customers at 7:50 a.m. Wednesday morning regarding an 8-inch leak in a main line on Twin Mountain Road.
The water supplier says repairs are currently underway, but many areas will be impacted by the leak.
Affected areas include the north side of Copperas Cove, Bluestem Estates, Sunset Estates, Kubitz Place, N FM 116, Reata Ranch, Northern Hills, Ryatt Ranch, and all customers located on North FM 116. Kempner Water Supply Co. notes additional areas could be affected.
