Softball team loses district opener at Salado

The Lady Badger softball team began its district schedule Tuesday night with a 7-3 loss on the road to the Salado Lady Eagles.The Lady Badgers started the game well, working walks and getting a couple of hits to push a run across in the top of the first.

Tennis team plays matches in Copperas Cove

The varsity tennis team played at Copperas Cove last Friday. Eleven teams were present, and some players were able to have as many as four matches.On the day, 10 of the 16 Lampasas players earned medals for third place or higher at the tournament.
