The Lady Badgers pulled off a come-from-behind win in their play-in game against Jarrell last Friday to clinch the fourth seed in district. That sets a matchup for tonight with the Salado Lady Eagles in the bidistrict round of the playoffs.

The Lady Badger volleyball team will play a match after the regular season has concluded this year. The playoffs are not yet guaranteed, but if they beat Jarrell in a play-in game tonight at Leander Glenn, the Lady Badgers will compete in the bidistrict round of the playoffs.

The Badgers suffered their first district loss of the season after running into an offensive buzzsaw in Davenport last Friday night. The first play of the game was a 53-yard rushing touchdown for the Wolves, and that set the tone for the entire contest.
