The Badger football team will have an opportunity to move to 2-0 on the season when Lampasas hosts Northeast Early College High School tonight at 7:30 p.m. This game last season was virtually over by halftime, as the Badgers led 41-0 at the break.

The Lady Badgers hit the road Tuesday night for a match with a talented Conference 5A team in Shoemaker out of Killeen ISD. The Lampasas girls fought hard, but they came up short and lost in three sets. The final varsity score was 20-25, 9-25, 14-25.

Tennis team struggles in match against East View

The Badger tennis team took on a talented Georgetown East View tennis team on the road Tuesday, and things did not go their way. Lampasas started out by losing all three boys' doubles matches pretty quickly, head coach Kenneth Peiser said. The mixed doubles match resulted in a loss as well.
