Women’s club presents donation to senior center

During bingo night last week at the Lampasas Senior Center, Town and Country Study Club members presented a $2,500 check to the center. The club was able to raise the funds at its Boujie Bag Bunko fundraiser.

Lampasas County 27th District Court convened last week with Judge Debbie Garrett presiding over the day’s hearings.Defendant Josie Lynn Walkingshaw of Harker Heights pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.
