Property tax protest deadline nears

Lampasas County residents who have received an unexpected appraisal hike on their homes, businesses or real estate property have until Friday to protest the valuations.
Most area residents were mailed their 2023 property tax notices on May 24.

Miss Spring Ho Pageant sign-up deadline nears

Soon, the 2023 Miss Spring Ho Queen will be crowned. The annual pageant will take place in the Lampasas High School auditorium on July 3 at 5:45 p.m.
There is still time to register for the pageant. All entry forms must be submitted by the end of June 22.
