KVFD to hold ‘Fill the Boot’ on Saturday

Felony drug case results in probation for Lampasas man

A Lampasas man issued a guilty plea in a felony drug distribution case almost a year to the day after his arrest.Nathaniel Gregory Martin, 39, pleaded guilty to a first-degree felony drug distribution charge on March 8 in the 27th District Court of Lampasas County.

Lampasas County 27th District Court convened last week with Judge John Gauntt presiding over the day’s hearings.Defendant Mary Grace Foley of Kempner entered a plea of true at her adjudication hearing on a charge of theft of a controlled substance less than $150,000. The finding was withheld.
