Future of HOP bus outlined in report to Commissioners Court

Hill Country Transit General Manager Raymond Suarez provided the Lampasas County Commissioners Court with a detailed plan on the future of the transit district in last week’s regular meeting.Commissioners are faced with a decision on whether to continue funding what is known as “the HOP” for 2025.

Atmos to remove natural gas in routine maintenance

Atmos Energy will conduct routine maintenance for the removal of natural gas in Lampasas this week. In a release forwarded by the city of Lampasas, Atmos Energy officials said the energy company will work within city limits between Monday and Thursday, as well as on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
