The Lampasas County Bake Sale and the Christmas Tree and Gingerbread House contest displays will be available at the Lampasas County Museum on Western Street during the Carol of Lights Festival on Dec. 7.

Hospital earns ‘A’ in patient safety from Leapfrog watchdog group

AdventHealth Central Texas earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, an independent national nonprofit watchdog focused on patient safety.

Texas Attorney General recognizes National Adoption Month

DISTRICT COURT

Lampasas County 27th District Court convened last week with Judge John Gauntt presiding over the day’s hearings.Defendant Kyle Eugene Wessling of Copperas Cove entered a plea of guilty to a charge of forgery of a financial instrument greater than or equal to $2,500 and less than $30,000.
