The Lampasas High School Academic, Speech and Debate teams competed in Burnet the first week of April at the district UIL competition, and LHS brought home its third consecutive district championship.

’36 Club to offer guided tours at upcoming ‘Walk in the Parks’

To welcome spring, the Lampasas GFWC ’36 Club is sponsoring a “Walk in the Parks” event, featuring the Hanna Springs Sculpture Garden at Campbell Park, Lampasas Community Gardens – also in Campbell Park – and Cooper Spring Nature Park.The open house event is scheduled for May 4 from 1011:30 a.m.
