CMG Home Loans opens in Lampasas

CMG Home Loans celebrated its opening recently with a ribbon-cutting event with staff, chamber members and friends on hand. Holding the scissors is loan officer Lee Ann Boone. The new business is located at 1264 North U.S. Highway 281, Unit C in Lampasas.

Lometa Veterans Day event set

Lometa ISD will honor military veterans on Nov. 8 in a ceremony at the school’s gymnasium. The program will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will offer a variety of tributes to servicemen and women.Cynthia Kirby will direct the Lometa elementary choir during the event.
