Cline honored by 100 Club

100 Club honors area first responders for rescue efforts

Hill Country 100 Club held its annual banquet March 6 to honor area first responders and law enforcement agencies in Burnet, Blanco, Lampasas and Llano counties for service to their communities.

2025 Diamondback Jubilee and Rodeo ahead

Now that March is here, Lometa’s annual Diamondback Jubilee is drawing closer and closer. The jubilee will take place March 28-29 at the Lometa Regional Park and will feature numerous events that offer entertainment for all ages.

Browning Club to have program on floral design

The Browning Community Garden Club will meet March 18 at the Kempner Volunteer Fire Department Training Building, 315 Pecan St., for its monthly meeting.The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and is open to the public.Guest speaker will be Sue King, a National Garden Club Flower Show judge.

Hill Country 100 Club banquet set for Thursday

On Thursday from 6-9 p.m., Hill Country 100 Club will host its annual banquet at the Burnet YMCA. The event will honor first responders in Burnet, Blanco, Llano and Lampasas counties. General admission tickets are available at hc100club.com/events for $25.
