The Lady Badgers went 4-0 in the Marble Falls softball tournament, which was relocated to Leander Glenn’s turf field due to rain. Lampasas (5-1) beat opponents by a combined score of 41-2.

Lampasas High School cheerleading coach Shannon Lindsey was named TGCA Cheer Coach of the Year for Conference 4A. Lindsey has led the squad to the state finals all three years that it has been offered as a UIL sport.

Cameron Everts won his third-place match against Rishard Woodley of Carrollton Creekview at the 5A state wrestling tournament Saturday. UIL does not offer Conference 4A wrestling, so Lampasas has competed in a division with larger schools throughout the year.
