The Lometa Lady Hornets lost 57-23 to Richland Springs in district basketball on Friday. The boys’ game is postponed until Wednesday of this week at 6 p.m.

Lampasas Middle School beat Salado in two girls’ games and two boys’ games on Thursday. Coach Whitney Wright said the eighth-grade “A” girls’ 36-35 win was an exciting one against a very improved Lady Eagles team.
