Lampasas Soccer has openings for players on its U13 girls’ team for the spring season. Girls born in 2005 or later are eligible.

At their first-ever district wrestling tournament, the Lady Badgers placed second as a team, and Lampasas had several boys and girls qualify for regionals.

In a 3-3 district match against Taylor on Friday, Cook’s first goal was a bomb from about 40 yards out. That tied the score 1-1. Both teams had gone scoreless in the first half.
