Both the Badgers and Lady Badgers had good showings at the Burnet powerlifting meet on Thursday. “The Lampasas boys’ team was seventh-place overall with 17 points,” coach David Brister said.

Lady Badgers fall to Salado in district soccer game

The Lampasas Lady Badgers lost 6-0 to the Salado Lady Eagles at home on Wednesday night. The Lampasas girls started out strong defensively and kept the Lady Eagles at bay for much of the first half, until Salado was able to put away the first goal of the game just past the halfway point of the first half.
