The Lady Badger soccer team hosted the Lake Belton Lady Broncos for the second time this year and came out on the losing side. The 6-0 loss was a slight improvement over the 7-0 defeat the Lady Badgers suffered on the road earlier this season.

Badger baseball traveled to Comanche for the first regular-season game of the year and picked up a 19-8 win. Dylan Sanchez had the win on the mound.

The Badgers traveled to Lake Belton to try and redeem a 1-0 defeat they suffered at home earlier this season. The game did not go the Badgers’ way, and they lost 7-0.

The Lady Badgers gave up an early lead to Liberty Hill on Tuesday and could not make up the ground. They were on the losing end of the 12-2 score.

The Lady Badgers traveled to Salado to start the second half of district play against a very good Lady Eagles team. The game ended in a 4-1 loss for Lampasas, which was an improvement over the 6-0 loss from the first half of district.

The Lampasas tennis teams traveled to Copperas Cove on Friday for a tournament with 11 other schools. Abby Valdez/Kailr Clements won their first tournament of the year, defeating some good teams along the way.

The Lady Badgers started their run at the Killeen softball tournament over the weekend with two huge wins, beating both Waco Connally and Florence 20-3 last Thursday. In their final game on Thursday, they lost to Killeen Ellison 12-5.

The Badgers finished off their regular season in the best way possible Tuesday night. They beat the Brownwood Lions 86-80 at the Badger Den in a game that decided the district championship.
