The Highland Lakes Master Gardeners Association is beginning its meeting year March 16 with a program on seed germination.
The presentation by Amy Parks will be offered from 2-3 p.m. at The Gardens at Trinity Episcopal Church, 909 Avenue D in Marble Falls.
Guests are required to wear a mask and observe social-distancing guidelines.
