Taylor Creek Elementary wins Lampasas Fire Department flag contest

The Lampasas Fire Department rolled up to Taylor Creek Elementary School last Wednesday to the surprise of the fifth-graders withstanding the chilly temperatures outside. Students across all three elementary schools in the Lampasas Independent School District competed in a flag-making contest for Fire Prevention Week in October.

James couple honored as Community Champions
