Myrtle Brown, 90, of Lampasas died March 12, 2020 at her home.
Funeral service will be March 17 at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Warner Cemetery. Visitation was held March 16 at Sneed Funeral Chapel.
Myrtle was born March 11, 1930 near Lake Victor in Burnet County to Harvey Stinnett Sr. and Jessie Jesstern (Bailey) Stinnett.
She married Jodie L. Brown, and he preceded Myrtle in death.
She was a homemaker and a member of Community Church. Myrtle enjoyed cleaning houses, ceramics and spending time with her family.
She is survived by three daughters, Joann Owens and Sandy Miller, both of Lampasas, and Linda Glasscock of Arizona; brother, Jimmy Stinnett; sister, Gayle Chambers; grandchildren Casey Vickery, Chad Hamann, Chance Carter, Brian Cude and John Mikel Owens; and great-grandchildren Brandy Cude, Seth Cude, Haiden Owens, Heather Hamann, Dustin Hamann, Lindee Reinhart and Kaylee Pickett.
Myrtle also was preceded in death by grandson Joseph Douglas Cude and by several siblings.
