Espiririon Moreno, 75, of Lampasas died March 9, 2019 at AdventHealth Central Texas hospital in Killeen.
Funeral Mass will be March 15 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, with burial to follow. Sneed Funeral Chapel has charge of arrangements.
Rosary was recited March 14 at the church.
Espiririon was born Dec. 14, 1943 in Schulenberg to Roman Moreno and Maria (Mata) Moreno. He grew up in Lampasas and lived most of his life here.
Espiririon was retired from Evergreen Feed Mill, where he was a forklift operator.
He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, going camping and fishing, and riding in the golf cart while his sons played golf. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.
He is survived by his children Christopher Moreno, Joe Moreno, Sharon Griego and Victor, Mario Moreno, Lupe and Bobby Brown, Steve Moreno, Annie and Michael Herrera, and Nancy Moreno; siblings Julio Moreno, Juanita Short and Reynalda Moreno; 19 grandchildren; and four greatgrandchildren.
Espiririon was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Moreno; by a son, Arthur Yeathermon ; and by a grandson, Steven Moreno.
