The Lampasas Middle School track teams traveled to Jarrell on Tuesday for the 2021 district meet. The seventh-grade boys claimed the district championship, while the eighth-grade boys earned second as a team.
Seventh-grader Sean Smith set a school record in the 400m dash with a time of 54.79.
