Girls’ basketball season underway with new leadership

HUNTER KING | DISPATCH RECORD Addison Borchardt has entered her fourth and final season of varsity basketball.
The Lady Badger basketball season is officially underway, as the girls hit the road Tuesday night to take on Canyon Lake. Lampasas lost the opener 45-33.
The team was led by Addison Borchardt with 13 points. She also grabbed 10 rebounds and had three steals.
Peyton Crawford added eight points, and Johnnie Lewis scored seven.
