The Lampasas freshman and junior varsity football teams played host to Stephenville last Thursday. Although they competed well, both teams came up short in chasing a victory.
The freshmen lost 35-14 in a game where they fell behind early on and couldn’t make up ground.
The Badgers were down 28-0 at the half before they got their feet underneath them. They were able to win the second half 14-7.
