This week’s three-day football camp at Lampasas High School, led by LISD coaches, was open to incoming seventh- through incoming ninth-grade players. Freshman, JV and varsity practice starts on Monday at 6:30 a.m. The LHS subvarsity teams open the season at home Aug. 27 against Gatesville, a day before the varsity season opener. and the first regular-season game is Aug. 28 at Gatesville.
