The Badgers played in their most important game of the season Friday against the Davenport Wolves, and they came up short, losing 56-21.
Lampasas was stormed by the Wolves early. The Badgers gave up a touchdown inside the first minute of the game, and they were down 21-0 in the first quarter.
The start was a punch in the mouth to the Badgers, who weren’t able to come back quickly enough.
