A white-hot start and a strong finish were the highlights of the Badgers’ first district win this season, as they took down the Brownwood Lions last Friday night.
Lampasas jumped out to a 14-0 lead with touchdowns on its first two possessions of the game, then the Badgers closed the game on a 13-0 run in the fourth quarter to pick up the 30-20 victory.
