    Last Friday, the Badger basketball team played its third home game in four district competitions thus far and won in blowout fashion over the Jarrell Cougars. The score was 80-48.

    A fast and furious start put Lampasas ahead in the first two quarters, and the team never looked back from there. The Badgers were up 44-19 at the halftime break.
